Batavialand attaches great value to introducing our youngest generations to Dutch culture. That is why we offer interesting discounts to children, students and families with children. In order to do this, adults and old age pensioners have to pay the regular rate.
This is because of the house numbering system in Lelystad, which consists of two two-part numbers. Please enter the alternative address ‘Lelybaan, Lelystad’. This will take you to the VOC garage where you can park.
In the VOC garage on Lelybaan. Parking costs €1.20 an hour with a maximum of €10 daily. You can also park at the Batavia Stad car park for a fixed rate of €3 a day.
Every half hour, the number 3 bus departs from Station Lelystad to the Batavia Kwartier. The trip takes eleven minutes. Click here for the up-to-date timetable.
Yes, Batavialand is easily reached by boat. You can moor your boat at the Batavia Haven, which is a five-minute walk from Batavialand.
The volunteers and employees at Batavialand will do everything to ensure sure you get the best possible experience. We regularly receive positive feedback from groups and individual visitors. Nonetheless, it remains possible that you are not entirely satisfied. We welcome your feedback, preferably on the day of your visit so we can immediately work together towards a solution.
